Why this report matters
This Sustainability Report provides an overview of Englobe ’ s
environmental , social , and governance ( ESG ) performance for the
period extending from January 1 to December 31 , 2025 . It highlights
our commitments , progress , and impacts across our Professional
Services operations in Canada .
We recognize that our activities inf luence the environment and society ,
both directly and indirectly . Transparency , integrity , and accountability
remain fundamental to maintaining the trust of our many stakeholders
– including team members , clients , suppliers , partners , and the
communities where we work and live .
Sustainability is evolving rapidly , and we are committed to remaining
responsive and resilient as expectations , standards , and global
challenges continue to shift .
Report boundaries
This is Englobe ’ s second Sustainability Report in this format . It builds
on the structure , content , and intent of our inaugural 2024 report
and continues to ref lect our ongoing journey toward more responsible ,
rigorous business practices .
Over the years , Englobe has acquired a number of partner companies .
Some have been fully integrated into Englobe ’ s systems , while others
are still transitioning . Where relevant , the report states whether
information includes or excludes data from these partner entities . All
disclosures and data in this report cover the 2025 calendar year , unless
otherwise noted .
Land acknowledgement
Englobe has more than 70 of f ices across the country . We acknowledge our of f ices reside on traditional , treaty , and unceded
territories that are part of Turtle Island ( Canada ) and are still home to many First Nations , Métis , and Inuit peoples . We believe that
fostering meaningful relationships with these Nations is a step toward reconciliation , grounded in shared values and principles .

All information presented in this report has undergone internal quality
assurance reviews involving operational , technical , f inancial , and ESG
subject - matter experts . The content was validated by these teams
and formally approved by Englobe ’ s Executive ESG Committee to
ensure alignment with our strategic priorities and governance
expectations . As we ref ine our internal processes , we will continue to
improve data integrity , accuracy , and comparability every year .
