Englobe ’ s health and safety ( H & S ) strategy is grounded in a prevention f irst approach focused on proactively managing

hazards , reducing risks , and cultivating a strong safety culture through active employee and leadership participation

across all regions . In 2025 , we further strengthened our approach by expanding the Proactive Safety Activity ( PSA )

Program , which is designed to foster participation in hazard recognition reporting , encourage open and regular

communication , and boost supervisor engagement . The PSA Program is available to all Englobe team members ,

regardless of role or work environment , supporting broad inclusion in workplace H & S activities .

Englobe remains committed to excellence by maintaining industry - leading H & S Management System certif ications ,

including ISO 45001 : 2018 in Québec and Ontario and the Certif icate of Recognition ( COR ) in all other operating regions .
