COMMITTEE SPOTLIGHT
Englobe ’ s Inclusion and Women in Leadership Committees bring
together team members from across regions to foster an inclusive ,
equitable , and supportive workplace culture . Guided by the
commitments of Englobe ’ s ESG Plan and our Women in Governance
( WiG ) Parity Certif ication , these committees have created a shared
action plan grounded in key overarching themes : leadership
development , equity , f lexibility , culture , visibility , wellness , and
professional development .
