From framework to practice :

Advancing ESG across Englobe

For a rapidly - growing company like Englobe , ESG principles provide

the structured , disciplined approach required to translate our values

into consistent action across new partnerships and an ever - expanding

geographic footprint . Introduced in our 2024 Sustainability Report ,

the   inaugural edition in this format , this structure continues to

guide how we manage risk , strengthen governance , and integrate

environmental and   social considerations into our operations .

Our 2025 Sustainability Report ref lects the continued maturation of

this framework , reinforcing the systems that support credible and

transparent progress . Over the past year , our ef forts have focused

on strengthening the foundations we laid to embed sustainability

even more deeply across Englobe . For us , this meant ref ining internal

processes , clarifying accountabilities , and enhancing the quality and

consistency of the data that informs our decision - making . As Englobe ’ s

reach and numbers continue to grow , these elements are essential to

ensuring alignment across regions , disciplines , and business units .

In 2025 , our key areas of progress included :

— Continued advancement of our environmental management

practices , supported by improved tracking , reporting , and

emissions - related initiatives , including our fourth greenhouse gas

emissions inventory ( Scope 1 and 2 )

— Ongoing reaf f irmation of our proactive health and safety culture ,

with strong incident prevention and safety awareness results to

mark the success of our approach

— Creation of an action plan and planned deployment of multiple

initiatives identif ied by our two Inclusion and Women in

Leadership   committees

— Refreshed policies governing corporate ethics and the responsible

use of artif icial intelligence tools and programs , and continued

strengthening of Englobe ’ s cybersecurity posture

Our 2025 Sustainability Report provides both a clear overview of

where we stand today , and a blueprint of the work required for

continued progress . Given our history and approach , Englobe will

always be centred on sustainability , both as a mandate and as a

guiding principle in everything we do . With this central vision f irmly in

mind , we remain committed to strengthening our practices , improving

transparency , and delivering practical outcomes that support resilient ,

responsible   growth .
