President , Englobe
Maintaining our focus on
what matters most
Over the past year , Englobe has continued to grow at a signif icant
pace , both in scale and in scope . This tremendous growth comes
with clear responsibility : to continue ensuring that our environmental ,
social , and governance practices provide a strong , consistent
foundation which guides all our decisions . To us , ESG is not a distinct
or separate framework . Instead , it acts as a compass , ensuring we
stay on track and remain resilient and determined as we pursue our
ultimate objectives .
Our 2025 Sustainability Report ref lects this determination , as well as
our continued collective ef fort to grow responsibly . It captures how
ESG principles are interwoven in our activities and highlights how
thoughtful decisions – grounded in our values and focused on our
people , our clients , and the communities we serve – are strengthening
our approach to responsible , resilient growth .
While this is our second Sustainability Report in its current format ,
it builds on six years of impact reporting and decades of experience
delivering environmental , engineering and advisory services
across Canada . In line with this evolving reporting approach , we ,
as a united team , also continue to ref ine how we measure progress
and how we prepare for what lies ahead – a testament to our
appetite for continuous improvement , rigorous accountability , and
sustainable growth .
This report is structured around the ESG framework that underpins our
Sustainability Plan . It highlights how we are strengthening responsible
practices , fostering a caring and inclusive workplace , proactively
building a robust occupational safety culture , supporting the
communities where we operate , and reinforcing transparent , ethical
governance .
Just as importantly , it ref lects the meaningful contributions of our
teams , whose expertise and commitment bring these principles to life
every day . When I look back at our 2025 achievements , what clearly
stands out is how we – as a united team – continue to show up with
purpose , professionalism , and a strong sense of responsibility for
our work and its impact . Across our regions and disciplines , we are
building momentum , adapting to change , and f inding practical ways
to collaborate and to contribute with a sense of purpose and meaning
that extends beyond any single project or milestone .
This report is not an endpoint ; rather , it is a signpost along our
sustainability journey , a path which continues to evolve as our
organization grows and as circumstances and expectations change .
What remains constant is our commitment to act responsibly , to listen ,
and to do better – together .
