The Englobe Awards program recognizes team members who

go above and beyond to make a meaningful dif ference for their

colleagues , clients , and communities . Rooted in our values and

caring culture , the program celebrates those who dare to lead

with purpose , act with integrity , and create positive change every

day . In 2025 , the program received nominations recognizing

employees from every corner of Canada ; the 24   f inalists and

eight award recipients honoured embodied the strength ,

dedication , and impact of our people .

All Englobe Award trophies are produced by a Canadian supplier

using recycled materials , zero - waste practices , and solar - powered

engraving . Each award recipient receives a $ 500 cash prize ,

matched by a $ 500 Englobe donation to a charity of the recipient ’ s

choice . This small gesture extends the impact of recognition beyond

the organization to tangibly support the meaningful work of local

non - prof its .

Two f lagship awards highlight the program ’ s focus on leadership ,

inclusion , and sustainability . The Dare . Care . Change Award honours a

team member who challenges convention , demonstrates deep care for

others , and champions meaningful , lasting change . In alignment with

Englobe ’ s commitment to reconciliation and sustainability , this award

includes a custom art piece created annually by an Indigenous artist .

The 2025 piece , designed by Dene artist Stephanie One Spot , was

inspired by our values . Titled “ Forward , always ” the art piece features

the buf falo , symbolizing the strength , courage , and resilience required

for true leadership .

The Inspiration - ELLE Award recognizes a high - performing

professional woman who leads with courage , conf idence , and integrity

while making a positive impact within her team and community . Award

recipients are supported in their leadership journey through enrollment

in The A Ef fect / 100 Day Training Program , which provides

mentorship , training , and development opportunities to help advance

the next generation of women leaders .
