In 2025 , we strengthened our responsible practice - based approach by focusing on a clearer

understanding of our operational impacts , and by engaging teams across all regions . A nationwide

assessment of our of f ices , laboratories , and f ield locations enabled us to identify strengths and areas

of opportunity alike , ensuring that our actions ref lect each site ’ s specif ic reality .

Building on this insight , we introduced a new Sustainability Toolkit to help teams implement practical ,

low ‑ impact actions and to facilitate the adoption of responsible practices in day ‑ to ‑ day operations .

We also advanced our waste reduction ef forts by improving waste management processes in key

locations and maintaining strong reuse and recycling practices in our laboratories .

To reinforce engagement and collaboration , our quarterly ESG Spotlight series continued to highlight

local initiatives and inspiring ideas from across Englobe . These articles helped us transmit learnings

and experiences and contributed to strengthening our shared culture of sustainability .
