Attracting top talent
In 2025 , Englobe took a proactive , multichannel approach to
attracting talent by strengthening connections with students ,
newcomers , and communities across Canada . We engaged
early - career talent through laboratory visits , campus recruitment ,
and postsecondary events while awarding scholarships
nationwide to support the next generation of professionals .
Our outreach expanded through free information sessions
for new arrivals , a monthly newsletter shared with more than
50 community organizations , and a refreshed social media
strategy that better ref lects the diversity of our workforce . These
ef forts were reinforced by training over 175 brand ambassadors
and incorporating pay transparency principles into job postings .
Taken together , these initiatives positioned Englobe as an
inclusive and accessible employer of choice .
Onboarding and integration
In 2025 , we strengthened our focus on delivering a positive
and meaningful onboarding experience . We redesigned our
national onboarding program to support more than 600 new
and returning employees from the candidate stage through
their f irst months on the job . The refreshed program ref lects
the evolving needs of today ’ s workforce and is designed
to foster early connection , clarity , and a strong sense of
belonging within teams and across the organization . As
part of this initiative , a new onboarding conference series
( launching in 2026 ) will provide employees with opportunities
to learn directly from internal experts , explore key projects ,
and gain practical insights that support successful integration
and long - term growth at Englobe .

ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
Understanding our team ’ s workplace experience is crucial to Englobe ’ s continued growth .
We believe the best way to obtain a clear portrait of this reality is through direct feedback .
To this end , in 2025 we launched Voice 360
o
, a comprehensive employee engagement
survey soliciting team members ’ input on a wide range of topics including health and safety ,
leadership , growth , collaboration , and more . In total , over 77 % of our team completed this
survey , exceeding our 75 % target ; in addition , the survey ’ s overall engagement score of 80
( + 6 from benchmark ) was an excellent result . A close analysis of the survey data and the
6 , 378 submitted comments followed , and these f indings continue to inform our strategic
planning , employee experience initiatives , and other Englobe programs .
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ( PM ) ACADEMY
Englobe ’ s PM Academy ref lects our commitment to investing in our people and creating
meaningful opportunities for growth and development . The program is designed to strengthen
project management capabilities while fostering a consistent , collaborative approach across
the organization . By expanding training of ferings for project managers and people leaders ,
the Academy supports continuous learning , leadership development , and long - term career
progression . The recent introduction of change management training builds the skills
needed to navigate transformation with conf idence , resilience , and empathy , thus further
supporting our teams .
SUPPORTING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Englobe actively supports leadership development through targeted learning experiences that
strengthen inf luence , engagement , and team performance . In 2025 , this included facilitating
a workshop on Being an Inf luential Player in Times of Change . Of fered to the Québec
leadership team as well as managers within the Environment group , this workshop equipped
leaders with practical skills to navigate uncertainty and ef fectively lead change . In the Atlantic
region , leaders participated in the Building a High - Performance Team Through Engagement
workshop , focused on fostering collaboration , motivation , and inclusive team environments .
Together , these initiatives reaf f irm our commitment to developing conf ident , capable leaders
across Englobe who can support engaged teams and drive positive outcomes .
