TEAM HIGHLIGHT

Building belonging across our teams

In September 2025 , Englobe colleagues throughout Western Canada came

together in Calgary for the second semi - annual Western Summit , an in - person

program designed to strengthen connection , collaboration , and belonging across

teams . Through facilitated discussions and a hands - on bike build with Alberta

Bike Swap , teams strengthened cross regional connections while contributing to

a shared , community focused cause supporting Kiwanis Calgary Chinook . The

Summit ref lects our commitment to fostering a supportive , inclusive workplace

culture where teamwork , shared purpose , and community engagement are

central   to how we work together .

In 2025 , Englobe invested more than $ 3 . 6 million

in the continuous development of employee

expertise . In total , over 2 , 350   team members took

part in internal and external training programs and

career development opportunities across   Canada .
