BEAHR Training program
Englobe is the only company in Québec certif ied as a BEAHR
program provider by Eco Canada. This short-term employment-
focused training program supports Indigenous communities
entering the environmental sector.
These environmental training programs are:

—Balanced between theory and hands-on f ieldwork
—Short-term, high-impact, employment-oriented
—Recognized program with wage subsidies
Awareness training on cultural

Relations Manager
Focused on myth busting and history, this training is delivered to team
members across our of f ices in both of f icial languages. In 2024, Ed
delivered training for employees at Englobe of f ices in New Brunswick,
Québec, Ontario, and Alberta.
National Day for Truth
and Reconciliation
Englobe is committed to the ongoing process of reconciliation. As a team,
we observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, wear an orange
shirt to show support, create opportunities to learn about the residential
school experience, and support the healing journey of survivors, their
families, and communities. To open meaningful dialogue and discussion,
we of fer bilingual webinars to team members across our of f ices to talk
about the dif f icult history of residential schools in Canada.

, an Englobe company
Joining the Englobe team in 2023, BCL Engineering (BCL) is a civil engineering f irm located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Uniquely positioned
to provide services to remote communities, many of them First Nations, BCL has a host of current projects including water treatment,
land development, wastewater treatment, and solid waste projects in multiple Saskatchewan communities.
The BCL team is extremely close-knit and shares a profound commitment to sustainability, caring for people, and the environment.
This engagement, evident in their of f ice culture, with clients, and within the community, exemplif ies Englobe’s core value of ‘radical caring’.
