Embedding belonging at every level
Our Workplace Respect, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy serves
as the foundation for our ef forts. It af f irms our commitment to providing
a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment where everyone —
regardless of background or circumstance — is treated fairly and with
dignity. Through this policy, we aim to identify and remove systemic
barriers, promote equal opportunities, and foster a culture of inclusion
across all our sites and operations.
Promoting inclusive communication
Language matters. To support respectful and inclusive interactions,
Englobe introduced Inclusive Writing Guidelines for both English and
French internal communications. These guidelines promote the use
of gender-neutral, bias-free, and accessible language. By embedding
inclusive communication in our culture, we ensure that our messages
ref lect and respect the diversity of our workforce, clients, and
communities.
Advancing gender equity
In 2024, Englobe was proud to earn the Bronze Level Parity Certif ication
from Women in Governance. This recognition highlights our tangible
progress toward gender equity, especially in leadership. As part of the
certif ication process, we are establishing DEI committees across our
Canadian of f ices to oversee progress, tailor actions to regional contexts,
and foster inclusive leadership development from the ground up.
A pillar of our ESG strategy
Equity, diversity, and inclusion are central to Englobe’s broader ESG
strategy. Our ESG action plan includes measurable goals related to
representation, inclusive practices, and equitable access to professional
development. These goals align with our commitment to ref lecting the
