With over 70 business locations across Canada, we have embedded our commitment to responsible

practices in both our day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning. Each of these locations

plays an important role in reducing our environmental impact and fostering a safe, inclusive, and

sustainable workplace. While our initiatives are adapted to the unique realities of each location, they

share a common objective: to promote ef f iciency, well-being, and environmental stewardship.

We actively promote energy conservation and waste reduction across our of f ices. Where possible, we

have implemented energy-ef f icient lighting systems, encouraged the use of natural light, and optimized

energy systems to reduce our carbon footprint. Several of f ices have adopted local composting and

recycling programs, and we’re also making inroads into reducing single-use plastics by installing f iltered

water stations and promoting reusable items.

As tenants in most of our locations, we actively collaborate with landlords and property managers to

promote building-level enhancements, including the installation of EV charging stations and improved

waste management services. In 2024, a total of f ive Englobe of f ices underwent signif icant upgrades and

renovations, further advancing our commitment to sustainable workplace environments.
