PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Our approach has shifted towards rewarding individual contributions, recognizing each
employee’s impact on their team and on Englobe globally. This program aligns employees’
personal aspirations with their teams’ success and our broader business objectives; it also
provides leaders with training and support to deliver insightful feedback and impactful career
development conversations that nurture growth.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM) ACADEMY
The Englobe PM Academy was designed to equip project managers with the knowledge,
skills, and tools they need to succeed while promoting a standardized approach across all
projects. In 2024, we added two new training modules focused on project prof itability and risk
management.
PSYCHOMETRIC INSIGHT INTO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Englobe introduced a new approach to supporting leadership development. Through this
best-in-class talent practice, leaders from our operations and corporate teams completed
a comprehensive psychometric assessment followed by a personalized session to boost
self-awareness.
TEAM COHESION WORKSHOP
In 2024, every senior leadership team at Englobe incorporated a team-cohesion workshop
into their strategic of f-site meetings to strengthen collaboration across and within teams.
These sessions of fered leaders a valuable opportunity to ref lect and focus on the elements of
teamwork, setting the groundwork for similar workshops in the future.

Onboarding and integration
First impressions matter! Based on employee feedback,
we revisited our orientation sessions to redesign both the
content and logistics, making them more engaging, simpler
and better aligned with the diverse realities of our new
employees. In 2024, Englobe welcomed or re-welcomed
more than 700 employees.
