AMPLIFYING OUR CARING CULTURE — Health and safety

At the heart of our organization lies a profound commitment to the value of caring, exemplif ied through our

unwavering dedication to health and safety (H&S). Our concerted ef forts to cultivate a robust safety culture

and pursuit of continuous improvement have consistently yielded exceptional outcomes. However, we reached

new heights in 2024, when we achieved unprecedented results that set a benchmark in our journey towards

H&S excellence.

To support this vision, Englobe is committed to continuous improvement in proactive strategies to strengthen

our safety culture, manage risk, and improve participation from team members and leadership. This was directly

supported by the introduction of the Safety Activity Frequency (SAF) metric in 2024, the establishment of

safety goals throughout the organization, and a strong f irst-year SAF performance. Englobe also established

progressively reduced targets for recordable incidents to both demonstrate and support our dedication to

reducing serious injuries.

We are proud to maintain ISO 45001:2018 throughout Quebec and the Certif icate of Recognition (COR) in

our other operating regions, highlighting our commitment to align with industry leading safety standards.

We recognize the profound ef fect every person can have on health and safety. This understanding drives our

commitment to implementing ongoing improvement initiatives, as well as our pledge to uphold a proactive

culture and standard across all worksites, ensuring a safer environment for everyone involved.
