At Englobe, we understand that our success is founded on a diversity of opinions, perspectives, and experiences. Our multidisciplinary approach relies on our team’s ability to collaborate effectively, to innovate, and to maintain an open, creative mind to solve complex issues. It’s not surprising, therefore, that we’re eager for a diversity of voices and opinions, and profoundly committed to building a more resilient, equitable and inclusive future – both for the communities we serve and for our own team members.
We’re acting on this commitment by actively boosting representation by women and minorities on our leadership teams, expanding collaborations with Indigenous communities, introducing inclusive writing guidelines, and other areas where it matters most.

Englobe is an active member of this non-profit, which supports women’s achievement of their career advancement and leadership development ambitions.
As our first initiative under this partnership, Englobe undertook Women in Governance’s Parity Certification process, a diagnostic tool that helps organizations assess their current status as it relates to gender parity. By considering the multiple impacts of diversity in women’s career advancement, the certification process established a baseline for Englobe and provided an analysis of current strengths and opportunities to achieve greater inclusion.
Following this rigorous evaluation, Englobe achieved a Bronze Certification Level. We continue to assess our programs and initiatives so we can maintain and even raise this certification level, to the benefit of women across the entire organization.

Comprised of team members from all levels, these two internal committees identify and implement practical initiatives that benefit women. From the outset, the women and allies in these committees have convened regularly and worked tirelessly to identify key opportunities and lay the foundation for meaningful, lasting improvements in our team members’ everyday experience.
The two committees have now developed an ambitious action plan structured around key themes, including leadership and professional development, equity, flexibility, culture, visibility, and wellness, with new initiatives launched regularly across the entire organization.

In response to feedback and ideas shared by our Inclusion and Women Leadership Committee members and in recognition of the need to create a stronger community where employees can connect, share ideas, and navigate common challenges, in 2026 Englobe launched its Women’s Networks, the company’s first Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiative. Englobe’s leadership champions and actively supports these ERGs by providing guidance, visibility, and financial resources to help ensure their success and long-term impact.
While the four Women’s Networks are organized regionally (West, Ontario, Québec, and Atlantic) to reflect local contexts, they align on a shared mission: to empower, support, and advance women by fostering an inclusive community that champions professional growth, mentorship, leadership development, and equitable opportunities. Welcoming women from all levels at Englobe as well as our partner companies, this inaugural ERG reflects our broader ESG and fairness objectives, and aligns closely with our values of collaboration, care, and sustainability.
