At Englobe, health and safety always come first. It’s not about statistics, it’s about how much we care for one another. We care deeply about our people and our communities and are committed to making things better. It's a challenge we take on every day.

For Bell Let’s Talk day, we are joining the global conversation to reaffirm that the overall health of a workplace includes both the physical and psychological well-being of our employees.

“Being part of the conversation in events like Bell Let’s Talk Day is important to us. While we are particularly inspired by the resilience of our teams, we are committed to continuing to create a safe space to talk about mental health. Every day we care about each other and encourage employees to reach out for help when needed," added Alain Robichaud, Co-President of Englobe

Currently, Englobe’s mental health initiatives include telemedicine services, a comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) as well as strategies to facilitate discussions and relevant training. While the pandemic has turned many normal parts of our lives upside down, it is particularly important to ensure our employees are aware of the programs and support available to them, both at Englobe and in their communities.

“ We are committed to providing our employees with a work environment where psychological well-being is as important as physical health. Excelling in projects can only be achieved through strong relationships and relentless care of everybody involved. And this starts with the overall well-being of our employees," added Mike Cormier, Co-President of Englobe.
